Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Original packaging should be included whenever possible.

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Personalized Products, Gift Cards, or Digital Products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Non-Delivery Claims
