Return Eligibility
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Personalized Products, Gift Cards, or Digital Products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Non-Delivery Claims
If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping period, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
